01/07/2026 – 08:58 AM (AEST) We are pleased to confirm that the issue affecting access to Zendesk through MYP has been resolved. Between 7:30 am and 8:32 am, some users may have been unable to log into Zendesk after selecting the “?” button in MYP.
Access has now returned to normal. No action is required, and affected users can retry logging in.
