Issue with the digital signing – Resolved

03/05/2024 – 01:10 P.M. (AEST) – We are pleased to inform you that the recent technical issue has been successfully resolved. Our Digital Signing provider experienced technical issues, leading to disruptions in signing processes between 4:50 AM and 1:00 PM (AEST), which were beyond our control. Please be assured that all the signed documents can now be accessed.

03/05/2024 – 12:30 P.M. (AEST) – We have pinpointed the root cause of the problem causing issues with digital signing in FormSpace and Genius and are currently engaged in resolving it. An update to rectify the situation will be released shortly and we will notify you as soon as this is resolved.

03/05/2024 – 11:20 A.M. (AEST) – We are aware of the issue with the digital signing feature, affecting formal signing in formSPACE and service agreement signing in Genius, and we are actively working with our provider to discover the cause and provide a resolution. Please be assured we are addressing this with the highest level of urgency, and we will provide you with an update shortly.
