A hotfix has been deployed, and plan synchronisations were manually triggered for all affected participants to ensure their latest plan information is now reflected in MYP. No further action is required from users.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience while the issue was being resolved.
01/07/2026 – 03:54 AM (AEST) We are aware of an intermittent issue affecting the receipt of updated HICAPS plan information. Some plan updates may not currently be reflected in MYP, which means affected users may temporarily see plan details that are not the most recent.
Our technical team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore reliable processing of HICAPS plan updates. We will provide a further update as soon as more information becomes available.
