Based on the logs, the issue was cleared as of 2:55 PM yesterday, 29-Jan-2025, and all Xero syncs have since completed successfully without any errors.

29/01/2025 – 12:44 P.M. (AEST) We are currently investigating an issue preventing Timesheet allowances from syncing to Xero. Our technical team has confirmed that the problem appears to be external to MYP and is likely related to an issue on Xero’s end. In the meantime, clients can manually enter allowances into Xero by generating a PocketWatch Payroll Report, which allows filtering and grouping by allowance categories (e.g., Transport KM’s, Sleepover, Broken Shift). Please be assured we are addressing this with the highest level of urgency, and we will provide you with an update as more information becomes available.
