18/10/2023 12:07 PM (AEST): All timesheets for yesterday are now up to date and the queue should be processed in approximately 1 hour and 30 mins.
18/10/2023 07:40 AM (AEST): We have identified a delay in the background process that generates cost allocations for timesheets after checkout.
Although users can check out as usual, there is a delay before the roster manager can see all cost allocations and allowances. However, the roster manager can utilize the timesheet deep edit feature to manually add cost allocations by clicking on the calculator button and to input allowances manually.
We estimate that all timesheets will be updated from checkouts in 3 hours.
