RESOLVED – OCR Issue

Our OCR provider experienced technical issues resulting in request timeouts on 28 JUL 2023 between 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM which was outside of our control. This issue has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
