Technical issues prevented certain emails from being sent in a timely manner. Once rectified, all emails were successfully sent within 2 hours between 1:50 PM to 3:50 PM.

Between 2:55 PM to 3:05 PM the system experienced performance issue on one of our web servers. This resulted in longer request times and a small number of failed requests.
Our signing provider experienced technical issues outside of our control. Formal signing was temporarily unavailable during this period.
