Between 4:10 PM to 4:15 PM the system experienced performance issue on one of our web servers. This resulted in longer request times and a small number of failed requests.

An issue with the LanterPay API prevented invoices from being submitted their system. The issue occurred between 9:33am and 11:33am. Invoices can be resubmitted to LanternPay by un-approving and re-approving.
We’re currently experiencing performance issue related to Redis. This is known to our team and working on fixing the issues.
