Sypht our OCR provider is currently experiencing technical issues outside of our control. Sypht team is aware of this issue and their technical team is currently investigating the issue as
Technical issues prevented certain emails from being sent in a timely manner. Once rectified, all emails were successfully sent within 2 hours between 1:50 PM to 3:50 PM.
Our signing provider experienced technical issues outside of our control. Formal signing was temporarily unavailable during this period.
